This may be a problem with the program or an error in the data entered.

For data entry try clicking Back on your internet browser and checking your data for the following common errors:

1.  There are no characters which are considered illegal - these are such as <> and similar which the server could interprete as illegal commands.

2.  Ensure that the length of the data is not excessive - whilst we have tried to allow reasonable lengths of data, it may have been exceeded - reduce the length and try again.
